Agents can claim their profile, manage their directory presence, and connect through the agent-to-agent referral network.

Start in Find an agent and search for your name, company, or license information. Open the profile that belongs to you and follow its claim instructions. Complete the required email verification and approval steps before using the account to manage that profile. Only claim your own listing.

Yes. Once your listing is claimed, you can use the ALS Agent Portal to update your professional information, service areas, address, and account phone. The Free plan includes this profile management. Editing these fields does not automatically publish private contact information.

Try your full name, another name used professionally, your company, or your license information. If your listing still does not appear, contact ALS with your name, company, location, and license information so we can review it. Do not claim another professional’s listing as a substitute.

Contact ALS if you cannot access the email associated with your listing or it shows as claimed and you cannot manage it. Include a link to the profile and explain the issue. We will need to review account access before making a change. Please do not send your password or verification codes.

Use Agent portal in the menu and enter the ALS email and password associated with your claimed profile. These are separate from a WordPress administrator login. If your browser fills in a different username, replace it with your ALS email. If you still cannot sign in or have forgotten your password, contact ALS for help with account access.

A Free listing provides basic professional and license information, including your public name, city, state/province and country. You can show a general city-area map after confirming your city in the portal. The shaded area is illustrative and does not identify your office. Your phone, email, contact links, street address, ZIP/postal code and precise professional pin remain private on the directory profile. You can still manage your claimed profile through the portal and create single-property websites. A published property website shows the property address and the public contact details you enter for that page.

Standard adds public contact information subject to your visibility settings, a confirmed precise professional map pin, a short business description, one profile image, social links, and private messaging with other active Standard or Featured members. Reviews, signable referral contracts, and referral tracking are planned additions. Standard is $29 per month; paid enrollment is not open yet.

Featured includes the Standard benefits plus four profile images, a longer description, distinctive listing presentation, priority placement for approved matching ZIP-code searches with rotating order, and a digital business card. Free listings keep phone, email, contact links, street address, ZIP/postal code and precise professional pins private. A Free city-area map appears only after you locate and confirm the general city area. Active Standard and Featured plans can display a confirmed precise professional pin; public contact details follow your visibility settings. Changing your saved address clears saved map locations until you confirm a new location. When you publish a property website, the property address and the public contact details entered in its editor are visible on that page at every membership level.

Featured placement is limited to four agents per ZIP code. Eligible agents with ALS-approved placements appear in a clearly labelled Featured section above regular results for matching ZIP-code searches, with their order rotating. Placements depend on active Featured eligibility, ALS approval and availability. Contact ALS about your area; this page does not show live availability or reserve a spot.

The intended Free plan policy is six months of directory visibility, after which the listing is hidden. Automatic expiry is not enabled yet. Contact ALS about the status of a specific listing. Opening this pricing page does not start a paid membership.

No. Signed-in professionals with claimed ALS profiles can post and reply on the referral board without a paid membership or an ALS platform referral fee. Posts and replies require ALS review before appearing on the board. Paid memberships add profile visibility and professional tools; they are separate from free referral posting.

ALS charges no platform referral fee for agent-to-agent referral opportunities. Professionals can keep posting, replying, and exchanging opportunities as their relationships grow. Any referral compensation agreed between professionals is separate. Participation does not guarantee incoming referrals or closed transactions. Posts and replies require ALS review.

Start with your professional profile and service areas so other agents understand who you are and where you work. Find professionals in markets you want to connect with. Use free referral posting and replies to meet potential partners, exchange opportunities, and develop repeat relationships. Posts and replies are reviewed by ALS before appearing on the board. Active Standard and Featured members can use Messages for private conversations. Referral tracking and tools for organizing partner relationships remain planned.

A referral post shares an opportunity with the network. Messages provides private one-to-one conversations between active Standard and Featured members. Included with Free, Standard, and Featured, this is a dedicated website for one property you are selling or renting. Add up to 12 photos, price, address, facts, a description, highlights, a virtual-tour link, and the public contact details you choose. Save and preview a private draft, then publish it and share one link in emails, texts, social posts, and marketing campaigns. Visitors can view a published page without an ALS account. You need an active, claimed ALS professional account to create and manage pages.

Featured also includes planned external property-for-sale links, so you can direct visitors to a listing webpage you already use. This is separate from creating a single-property page through ALS. A planned buyer-commission badge can display an amount in dollars or a percentage. Property links and badges are not yet available in the current profile editor.

With active Featured membership, open My business card from your agent portal. Choose a color combination and optionally add your logo, a card profile photo, and up to four gallery photos. Click Save my card, then Turn on sharing. Use Share card or Copy link to send it by text or email, or let someone scan its QR code. Visitors can save your contact card. It uses the profile and contact details you already show publicly. Saving a private card does not turn on sharing; you can turn sharing off at any time.

The planned Featured workspace brings a referral partner’s profile together with your own contact notes, referral details, and deal progress. It is designed to help you remember past conversations and follow each relationship over time. Standard includes planned referral tracking; Featured adds the expanded partner information and notes. These tools are still being built.
